Following serious flooding at the beginning of 2020, Cefn Mably Farm Park was given a £2million face lift before it reopened in April this year. The Farm has a new train, mini golf course and impressive play area. Work on the main building should be completed by Winter and this will house soft play, a farm shop and café.
There is so much to do at Cefn Mably, the play area is one of the best we have been to and has something for children of all ages including a giant sand pit. You can walk a circular route around the farm to see all the animals, it’s advisable to take a clockwise route ending at the park or you may never get past it! There is a petting area for small animals and a marquee containing a cafe and picnic benches. I would advise taking your own picnic for the children as I was surprised by the lack of food options for them. I can vouch for the coffee and cake though!
